What is Body Bounce?
Body Bounce / Rebounding is a safe, effective and fun low impact exercise that involves performing exercises on a special mini trampoline using specific controlled movement patterns and rebound techniques that provide a myriad of health and fitness benefits.
When using a well sprung low impact rebounder the exercise is very kind on your joints, provides an effective cardio vascular workout and burns a tremendous amount of calories. It is a weight bearing activity which also helps keep bones and joints strong whilst providing an amazing pump effect on your lymphatic system helping rid your body of harmful toxins.
The Rebound UK expert team who our Fit LAB instructors trained with have designed the most effective and motivating rebound workouts in the world. Our qualified and experienced instructors will deliver these choreographed routines that are FUN and designed to get MAXIMUM RESULTS.

Great if you are over 50, you will benefit from the effects bouncing has on the lymphatic system which can help to reduce the signs of ageing. It can also help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles 'YES STRENGTHEN THEM' improving bladder control. Don't worry about balance our re-bounders have a safety bar which you can hold on to, work at your own level with small bounces till your confidence builds.

NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man”. Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort!
Put simply – bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining; the aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements. Body Bounce is dancing with intervals of jumping, bouncing, frogging and stomping, to name but a few moves, performed to music and a set programme.
Body Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.
