Step is a head to toe workout which combines exercises which will increase your heart rate and therefore burn fat whilst targeting typical problem areas such as bottom and thighs. As you actually have to step onto a platform the intensity will be a kept at a certain level which will maintain a constant heart rate.
Your mind will be taken off the fact that you are exercising whilst you enjoy stepping up down and around the step.
